Job Description

Operational support role, serving as backend support to our Field Sales Operations and E-Commerce.
The incumbent candidate will attend all incoming calls from customers, resolve them and when needed redirect them to respective teams based on the query. This will also include making follow up calls to internal teams and customers. Prepare and Maintain the call reports to the management.
In addition, the candidate will need to track and monitor various e-commerce transactions and submit weekly reports to the management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have good communication skills in English, and Tamil, with fluency in written English.
  • Conversant in multiple languages will be preferred.
  • Candidate should be well versed in computer skills, should be open to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and programs.
  • Should be comfortable in attend to and making telephonic calls to customers.
